All Pokens shown on the web page are in stock at all times (with rare exceptions). Orders are shipped within 12 hours. Domestic shipping in the continental U.S. is via First Class or Priority Mail, both of which guarantee 2 to 3 day service from the U.S. Post Office. Shipping to Canada is the same.

If you absolutely need it right away, PokenZoo now ships via FedEx. Any order placed before 4:00 pm CST will ship out that day via FedEx. Orders placed after 4:00 pm CST will ship out the next business day.

Orders for $34.99 or less: $4.95
Orders for $35 or more: FREE shipping.

Shipping on all Poken Pulses is always free.

If you order by phone before 2:30 pm CST Monday through Friday, overnight shipping is available for $25 of orders up to 24 Pokens.

Absolutely need it overnight? Order from our PokenZoo Amazon Store before the daily deadline and get it the next day.

Return Policy
30 day guarantee. If you return the product unopened and unused within 30 days from the date of purchase, we will refund you the price you paid us for that product--all you pay is the return postage of the goods. Of course, customized and custom-printed Pokens are not returnable.

If you return a product to us that is faulty, broken, that you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, we will also refund you the reasonable return postage costs (no more than it cost us to send to you).

If you are returning your Poken, please call or email prior to the return in order to let us know.
